Service Description

1 hour, circuit style exercise class fully adaptable for your postnatal body. We use bodyweight, light weights, resistance bands as well as safe cardio exercises. Join us after the session to feed baby, chat with the other mums and enjoy a cuppa and a biscuit in the Church next door. Set up as a stay and play style session, your little ones will be provided with baby gyms and toys to keep them entertained whilst you workout. Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal (10 - 12 weeks following a caesarean birth). Please fill out a Postnatal Health Questionnaire found on the homepage after booking.
