Active Bump

Pregnancy Fitness Class

1 hour fitness class involving a circuit based exercise class, pelvic floor exercises, breathing techniques and relaxation. 

Designed to keep you fit and active during your pregnancy, also helping you prepare for your labour. 

Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant.

Postnatal 

Postnatal Fitness Class

1 hour circuit class to help mums safely get back into fitness. 

We use resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, lightweight dumbbells to help you regain your fitness. Every exercise can be modified to suit all postnatal recoveries or health concerns. 

Babies are welcome in class as it will be set up in a stay and play type session. There will be baby gyms and other age appropriate available to help keep your little one entertained whilst you workout around them. 

Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal or 10-12 weeks post c-section. 

No need to rush out of the door after class! Stay for half an hour to feed baby, catch up with the other mums and have a cuppa and a biscuit.

Mum & Toddler

Postnatal Fitness Class

1 hour circuit class to help mums regain their fitness.

We use resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, lightweight dumbbells to help you regain your fitness. Every exercise can be modified to suit all postnatal recoveries or health concerns. 

Children are welcome in class as it will be set up in a stay and play type session. There will be a pop up tent and tunnel, ball pit and other age appropriate toys available to help keep your little one entertained whilst you workout around them. Or they might like to join in, which is great!

Currently we welcome toddlers into our Postnatal class at 10am.

Ladies Evening Circuits

Ladies Only Circuit Class

45 minute circuit class.

We use resistance bands, bodyweight exercises and other equipment to help you regain your fitness. Every exercise can be modified to suit all fitness levels or health concerns. 

This class is perfect if you have recently returned to work or cannot make any of our daytime classes. 

Suitable for ALL ladies and mums 6 weeks postnatal or 10-12 weeks post c-section.

Active Mums Walks

Coffee & Walk

Open to everyone to come and meet up for a walk and coffee.

Free regular events for all family members (including dogs) to get together and socialise out of a class environment.
