Service Description

Learn the essentials of hypnobirthing and calm caesarean birth preparation in the comfort of your own home. Personalised to the topics that you would like to learn about or be taken through a set course that will provide you basic knowledge and tools to take away and practice. You will learn about the benefits of hypnobirthing for pregnancy and caesarean birth. You can choose to learn about the physiology of vaginal birth too, if you'd like, and techniques that you can use if labour starts spontaneously. The course is delivered over 4 hours at your own home, to the expectant mama and birth partner. Date and time can be arranged flexibly to suit both yourself and I. Just a £60 deposit is paid to reserve your preferred date. Following booking, if we haven't already spoken, I will call to chat further about your birth plans so far, your pregnancy and confirm your chosen date.
