If your health changes at any point, or you may suspect you are pregnant, you must inform me as soon as possible.

2.  Booking a Class or Programme

All classes must be booked in advance with our online booking system. Spaces are strictly limited.

The booking calendar will be released every 5 weeks, any current attendees will have 48 hours priority booking to secure your space on the next block or use up any remaining passes before spaces are offered to mums on the waitlist.

If the class you wish to attend is fully booked, you will find a waitlist option - waitlist places are released as soon as a place becomes available up until 24 hours before the class begins.

Payment for classes and passes is via the online booking system. If a course you are interested in has started, please email to see if we can still get you on, subject to spaces available.

Class fees must be payable at least one week prior to the start of the month. Failure to do so will result in the withdrawal of your class place. Fees for missed classes will not be refunded or carried over to subsequent months. If I have space on any other classes during that week, there may be an option for you to join that session.

Monthly class fees are payable for the month irrespective of how many sessions you attend and no deductions will be made for weeks you cannot attend.
