About Active Mums Plymouth

Active Mums Plymouth offers pre and postnatal fitness classes across Plymouth and Ivybridge. Classes are designed for all stages of motherhood, welcoming all types of mums and mums to be. Our classes are tailored to suit all pregnancies, postnatal bodies and recoveries. As a level 3 pre and postnatal fitness instructor, you know you are in safe hands!

As a busy mum of two boys myself, I know how difficult it can be fitting in exercise. That is why at Active Mums Plymouth, we do not want childcare to stop you in your tracks. Children are always welcome in our classes, with lots of activities to help keep them entertained. There really is no better way to show your little ones the importance of exercise and healthy living.

We strive for our classes to be welcoming, encouraging and fun for all. We want it to be a safe space where you feel comfortable so you can work on your physical and mental wellbeing.

This class has really helped me to love my body again after having my baby. Jess is so welcoming and encouraging. It doesn't matter if my baby cries during a class because Jess will give me an exercise that I can do while holding her. There is such a lovely, supportive atmosphere and all of the other mums are so friendly. I would definitely recommend it for any level of fitness!

My daughter is just about to turn 3 and we are still attending the toddler class. I can't recommend these classes enough, everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
