Welcome! I’m Debbie. I teach a range of antenatal and postnatal classes in Plymouth, Devon. By combining hypnobirthing and exercise in pregnancy, I can help you to feel strong and prepared for a positive birth experience, no matter what happens on the day.

The skills that you learn through your hypnobirthing and antenatal fitness courses are transferable to everyday life as a mother and I promise you will be so grateful for them as you navigate parenthood!

My support doesn’t end there…We’ll keep in contact and when you’ve given birth and you’re ready to meet up with your new postnatal mums (who you met on your antenatal courses), you can bring your baby along to my Mum and baby exercise classes for some focused time on your postpartum recovery and wellbeing.

Babies aren’t restricted to your mat like in a postnatal Yoga or Pilates class. Our mum and baby exercise class is completely baby led and even the mums rotate around the little ones in the middle of the room so they have plenty of entertainment and can always see you. No mum guilt needed.
